Who Can Attend
Prerequisite: completed the AI6Sigma 5-Day AI-Powered Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course or traditional Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training from another provider.
Day one includes JMP orientation and the AI6Sigma workflow so external Green Belt graduates can participate. No preparatory coursework is required.

Advanced Statistical Analysis
Review Green Belt methods and apply advanced multiple regression, DOE effects and interactions, sample size planning, and selected reliability methods to practical improvement questions.
Evidence & Decision Explanation
Compare GenAI reasoning with independent JMP evidence, correct unsupported claims and explain uncertainty and limits.
Apply confidence intervals, measurement system analysis, hypothesis testing, ANOVA, process capability, SPC, control plans and improvement verification. Use reusable prompts, independent JMP evidence checks and integrated cases to explain decisions and apply the methods at work.

Live Instructor-Led Learning
Attend scheduled virtual sessions or arrange onsite training for your team. Ask questions, discuss case results with peers and receive instructor feedback.

Reuse project and problem-framing templates, AI prompts, validation checks and decision summaries with teammates on suitable improvement opportunities.
Experience & Software
No prior AI or JMP experience required. Familiarity with basic statistics and data analysis is recommended. Use a company-approved AI tool such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot. Training demonstrations and exercises use JMP with supplied practice datasets.
Black Belt Upgrade requires prior Green Belt training. JMP orientation and GenAI alignment support participants joining from another training provider.
